Hide/Round 'Rate' Decimal Precision on Transactions

For items that have calculated rates, such as an item with a unit of measure matrix, the rate is calculated by the sales price (always rounded to $0.00) and the unit conversion (typically many digits for precision). This results in the rate for that unit of measure being many digits. The final amount of course is rounded, but there is no use in showing extra digits on transaction forms.

Can this be hidden or rounded to two digits?
