Website Is Now Down (No Longer Just Slow)

Our website has gone from slow loading to not loading.

I have made a case 1228306

As an ecommerce company this simply puts us out of business while we wait for this problem to be fixed.

Anyone at Netsuite aware and working on whatever this issue is.
