Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Strange problem with SuiteAnswers
I have one user who cannot access SuiteAnswers. She is using a Mac and Firefox 4. When she goes to the SuiteAnswers page she enters her search term (landed Cost) and clicks the search button. The results are presented as a list of documents correctly but when she clicks one of the documents it loads but then a greyed out panal appears and it says:-
help is unavailable because your connection has times ourt.
This help window will be closed. Please log into the application and open the help window again.
We have re-booted the machine, updated Flash and Firefox, cleared out the history and it has made not a blind bit of difference. The strange thing is this does not happen if she uses another browser. I do not have this problem on my machine, but I am an administrator. I am not sure if this is a users problem a client problem it is a mystery to me.
