Employee can't login - sent to another NS customer's Customer Center instead

One of our employees suddenly can't log in to NetSuite, because as soon as she does, she ends up in the Customer Center of another NetSuite client.

Really?!?!

Please advise how we can get her in, so she can do her job.  This is supremely stupid.
