Code Completion Not Working in Eclipse 3.7.0 Aptana 3.0.4

I just downloaded/installed a clean setup for Eclipse 3.7.0 with the Aptana 3.0.4 Plug-in. The SuiteScript API code completion doesn't seem to be working. When I type "nlapi" and then CTRL+SPACE it says nothing found.

I installed the NetSuite SuiteScript Plug-in and everthing seemed to go OK, but I did notice that the screens shots in the Help system were somewhat different than on my Win7 Pro x64 laptop.

Perhaps the Help system is referring to an old version of Eclipse/Aptana.

So, how do I enable SuiteScript code completion on Eclipse 3 / Aptana 3?
