Cannot export large number of records in NetSuite
I have a client with 750,000 case records. They want to perform an archive to their data warehouse. Saved search works to display the records. If you attempt to export however:
Straight export: Times out and tells you to schedule an email:
This search has timed out. You can choose to schedule it to run in the background and have the results emailed to you when complete. On the saved search form, click the "Email" tab, check "Send According to Schedule", choose an email address on the "Specific Recipients" subtab and a recurrence pattern on the "Schedule" subtab
Schedule email: It never happens, regardless of what schedule you set (e.g. single event, daily, etc). No email ever received. Even checked the employee record under 'Messages' tab to see if the file may be there. Nothing. No messages, no error messages, nothing. Execution log shows no messages of an attempt to run a scheduled event. Triple checked the setup of the schedule. Everything set correctly.
