Login Error

A staff member who has a netsuite login recently created a customer account at a online store owned via another netsuite client.  The staff Member used the same email address and password combination as her company netsuite account.  Consequently when-ever she logged in, she is directed to the store front end of the other netsuite client.  :h_a_w:

Changing the password at the store front end also affected our companies login credentials for herself.  :h_a_w:

Apparantly Netsuite use the email address/password combination to determine which client and profile you are to use. If you use the same combination it appears the Customer profile takes priority. :eek:
