Searching by SO in Customer Center Quick Search
I can't seem to search Sales Orders by SO number when using the Quick Search portlet in the Customer Center. If I just select "Type" of "Sales Order" and enter the SO number in the "Number" field I get "No Search Results Match Your Criteria".
If I enter the SO date as well as SO number the sales order is displayed. Likewise if I only enter the SO date all sales orders for that date, including the SO in question, are displayed.
I'm fairly certain that we used to be able to search sales orders by just entering the SO or PO number. Any ideas why this might not be working?
