Inventory Items Not Saving?

Is anyone else having an issue with the save button on custom Inventory Item forms not working?  Seems to be happening in all browsers to multiple users/machines.

Here is the js error as reported by IE.

Message: Syntax error  Line: 1  Char: 1  Code: 0  URI: https://system.netsuite.com/app/center/NLNavMenuData.nl__t=bLCOSnNN6&sections=-16.nlqs      Message: Syntax error  Line: 20  Char: 1  Code: 0  URI: https://system.netsuite.com/app/center/NLNavMenuData.nl__t=bLCOSnNN6&sections=-62.nlqs
