Strange, defective behavior
I contacted Netsuite support because Netsuite will not allow us to create a Bill Credit from scratch - it has to be created from a bill. When we attempt to create a bill credit from scratch Netsuite gives us an error message saying contact support. Defect # 221218
You can imagine that the credits are piling up and that is cash we could use.
In addition, the loading of Bills and Bill Credits in the UI can, at times (its intermittent), take up to a full 2-3 minutes (no joke - i timed it). I have a feeling it has something to do with transaction item options showing up on the expense tab of these transactions. What we really need is a Netsuite engineer (not a support rep) that can look at our account under under the hood and tell us what is going on. Has anyone been able to get this type of support from Netsuite?
