Cannot set RELATIVE time period in saved searches

I've created a CONTACT search, and on the "Highlighting" tab I'm trying to set a highlighting criteria to look for records that were modified on or before 15 days ago.  I'm selecting the "Last Modified" field, set to "on or before", and then selecting the "RELATIVE" value in the second selection field, but when I do, I don't get the third pop-up selection box that would allow me to specify the 15 days.  I've tried this in both IE and Firefox with the same results. :h_a_w:

How can I get that third selection box so I can set the 15-day criteria?
