customer record vanished

One of our customer records vanished but is still in global search.
When I try to open it, Netsuite will say " That record does not exist."
All the contacts, opportunities and all the Transactions of this customer are available and can be viewed/edited but not the Customer Record.

Did anybody encounter similar Problems ?
Any ideas?
