Bill Performance Issue

I have created a case with NS but I wanted to find out if anyone else is experience this issue.

All Bills load extremely slowly. Sometimes over 10 minutes to display.

Some Bills completely fail to load and report an unexpected error.

Any clues?

p.s. Our accounting ladies are going to hunt me down if I can't find a way to fix this issue...
