PayPal orders, duplicates, and cart emptying
Is anyone else having problems when customers pay with paypal?
We have no problem with credit card orders, but when customers pay with paypal a few things happen.
1. Often, more than 1 copy of the order is created, the actual order that was paid for, and 1 or more other orders that just sit in the customer account marked "pending paypal authorization". This creates a lot of confusion with customers, as they look at their accounts and see multiple orders.
2. With paypal orders, sometimes customers get order confirmations emailed to them, most of the time they do not. Why this is I don't know. Credit card orders always have the confirmation emailed immediately to the customer. PayPal does some of the time, but most of the time there is no netsuite order confirmation emailed.
