Takes forever to approve sales orders at end of day

Hello,

I have a user that approves sales orders throughout the day. He says that each day around 3-4PM, net suite takes minutes to approve the order, or sometimes just times out and doesn't approve it at all. I experience the same problem in my Admin role. It's strange that it is happening around the same time each day. I have opened a case with net suite, but was wondering if anyone had any insight.
