Cart/Checkout Errors?

Hello;

Our sales team has been fielding a larger than normal amount of phone calls describing difficulties adding items to the cart or proceeding to checkout.  We've been unable to replicate the issue thus far.

Has anyone else been seeing similar problems on their site?
