Change in Chart of Accounts????
Normally in our Chart of Accounts, our highest level of roll-up accounts are marked as 'Inactive'. Today we noticed that all of the sub-ordinate accounts under these (especially the Income and COGS) were also marked as 'Inactive'. We don't seem to be able to uncheck (i.e. re-activate) the individual account; activating the roll-up account unmarks the sub-ordinate one also.
Something changed, and once again NS has failed to fully test the consequences of these changes. <sigh> I get so tired of dealing with this weekly.
Anyone else seeing this? I've opened a case this morning, we'll see how long it takes them to respond.....
