Advanced PDF Template - Print Transaction Column Fields (Text Area)

We have a several service matrix items for Decorated Apparel that we built Transaction Columns using a Text Area. Each was added to the forms and internally the process looks good for a workable solution instead of using a Product Configurator. The problem I ran into was passing the info through to be printed. I've played around with the Basic Templates for Estimate and Sales Transactions and some of the old basic ones pass it through. The Advanced Template PDF/HTML does not. We are using the default new Advanced PDF/HTML Quote and the layout works, I'm simply wanting to include
