E-mail signatures not being included in transaction e-mails

Throwing this out here because, well frankly, I'm not sure.

I've been told that previous to 2014.2, when generating an e-mail from an Estimate (for example), the sales reps signature block from their preferences was being included auto-magically. Since I don't use this feature much (NOT a sales rep :--), I don't have any way of verifying this right now. Since our switch over to 2014.2 last Friday, it seems that we have to use the <NLSIGNATURE> tag to include the signature block.

Did this behavior change with 2014.2?
