Workflow Statement Sending Issues - null.pdf, salesorder is undefined

Is anyone else having issues with sending statements via Workflow since middle to end of last week?

We're receiving workflow errors as well as super strange behavior when sending statements.

Examples:
We have two Scheduled Workflows which send out statements to customers and both are experiencing the same issue. The best we can tell, nothing has changed with the templates, workflows, or saved searches involved...the only thing which has changed recently was SCA was installed to our account.

The statement gets sent using the "Include Statement" checkbox on the workflow Send Email action. Basically the workflow is scheduled to send statements to two different subsets of customers depending on the saved searches which they are linked.
