Cannot save estimates/sales orders

IS anyone else having this problem?   Just started this morning:

Enter a new estimate or sales order, on save, the following dialog box pops up:  You have selected a promotion but have not applied it

No promotion is selected.

Haven't tested anything yet, but this was not happening when I left last night.
