Backend and Web Store Both Down 12/6/16

The netsuite back end, and our retail website are both down. Again.

They were down for about 10 minutes about 30 minutes ago, and now both are down again.

Of course, netsuite status page shows no problems.

Anyone else down?

Netsuite, why am I paying thousands upon thousands of dollars for a website that is not being reliably hosted during the holiday season? Our business operations are at a standstill.
