Why are we getting a lot of traffic to www.ourdomain.com/s.nl?search=empty ? This just started Nov.

I'm trying to figure out why are we getting a lot of traffic to ".../s.nl?search=empty"? This just started Nov. 30th.  We haven't used NetSuite's site search for the past 4 years.

Has anyone else ran into this?
