Anyone from Netsuite on today?? CRITICAL issue. Please help

Our account is down saying we need to contact account receivables.  There should not be an issue.  This happened on a Friday night with no way to contact until Monday.  This is our busiest weekend of the year and we have no way to operate.  THIS WILL PUT US OUT OF BUSINESS.
PLEASE HELP ASAP.
