Severe Cashing Issues

Is anyone else having bizarre caching issues?

There is an HTML link that I updated last week. It worked for a few days, not it is back to linking to the old URL when anyone here follows the link from the page being served.

When I look at the link in the NetSuite back end... it is correct!

Another example: I made a new category in NetSuite a week ago. It has yet to show up in our web store.

Ugh!!
