Is Import Bills Now Available?

Hi -
I'm learning more and more about NS as I've taken over as administrator for a company.

I just got an email about an enhancement that has been released - and I'm pretty sure it means you can Import Bills now.  I looked up the case - it was submitted by a consultant for our company in Jan 08, but had enhancement # 136036 on it.

I can't seem to find 136036 in Support, but I found the case - #663606  - and it is a request to import bills.

Here's the email - does this mean we can import bills now?  How do I test this?  (What is the path - just import  Journal Entries?)
