How to change California SDI rate in NS

Our California SDI rate changed for 2007 and I can't find any place to edit the rate in NetSuite.  Any tips?  I've been on hold countless times so far this year, never for less than 60 minutes, and I've never gotten to a live person in order to ask this question.  Any California employers out there on NetSuite who can help me?  Thanks so much.
