Approval History for Time Entries?

Hey folks -

Been trying to find, to no avail, how to see the Approval history of an approved time entry.  There's no fields visible on the Time Tracking form once the entry is approved as to who approved it. 

Access it from the Employee Record doesn't show it either.  Anybody have an idea if this is tracked somewhere that's user-accessible?
