Flag email field (in red?) when last campaign email bounced
I'm hoping to get some feedback on an idea for flagging the email field on a customer record when the last email sent to them bounced.
So, if a campaign gets sent out and an email bounces, I'd like to see the label for the email field on the customer record turn red (or get flagged in some other noticeable way). That will warn sales reps that the address likely doesn't work and it'll alert our call center people to ask for a new one when they're on the phone with a customer. They always have the customer record up anyway. The flag would reset when a new address is entered.
