Suitelet not triggering Scripts (Help Yang!)
Here is my situations:
I have a Suitelet. This suitelet creates/edits Customer records, Opportunities and Sales Orders.
When the Suitelet nlapiSubmitRecord()s a SO or an Opportunity, the User Event scripts of those records are fired. This is Good.
When the Suitelet nlapiSubmitRecord()s a Customer, the User Event scripts of the Customer are NOT fired. This is Bad.
Why are the UE scripts of the Customer not being fired when it is submitted? This is a huge problem. I have logged the case with Platinum Support, but was transfered to the Suiteflex queue and my rep did not really understand the problem.
