How Do I Send URL Link for Customer & Item in Case EMail?

I am trying to customize the System EMail Template for Case email sent to the Assigned Support Rep. I can show the Customer name and the Item Name on the email.

But how can I show the URL links for the Customer and the Item?
I also need the URL to show the Case form in view mode.
