Retrieving Search result

I've hit the wall trying to retrieve values from my search. Please can anybody look through the script below and let me know what i'm not doing right?i did a search on employee record, which filters out some specific columns('custentity_noclt , custentity_nosldt, custentity_remleave and custentity_uleave') from each the 10 employee records returned from the search. the getValue function i'm using is returning value for the last id looped on. Pls can anybody let me know how i can retrieve these fields for all the 10 employees returned in the search? Thanx
