Mass Update down trading customers

Hey, i just wanted some confirmation on some criteria i have for a mass update. I tried running it to check for the right info but it timed out so i want to schedule it instead.

What i want to do is change any customers that havent ordered from us in the last 6 months to a different customer status.

My criteria is currently this:

Customer Mass Update

Status=Customer-Trading
Transaction : Date = is not within previous one half

And i have set the changes to change the customer status.

Does this make sense, and will it update the correct info?
