Workflow Manager.

It makes scripting look easy!


I've sat through a tutorial and read the help topic. Really handy if I wanted to create a workflow on creating a new employee or opportunity, but I don't.

What I want to achieve is to remove certain shipping items in a sales order when a product from a certain (custom field) category are added.

Has anyone done a workflow on transactions? What can you share with me? Keep in mind, I am awesome.
