Recommendations for customization

Does anyone out there have a company they really like to use for customizations?  Not sure if our guy went out of business or just to busy to answer or reply when we try to contact them.

I need a good company I can trust to customize some of our work flows and also some code on our website.   Are we allowed to discuss on this forum who we like to use?    Thanks for any help.
