Option to Disable Internal Color Themes

Hi Everyone-
Apologies if I posted this in the wrong area. Not sure where it would really apply in the scheme of things.
I was wondering if there was an option in NetSuite to disable the color theme options (the ones that show in Home - Set Preferences - Appearance) for certain employees? We use OnSite/NetSuite for our store registers and often I will see that some sparky employee will have decided that neon green and red were appropriate for the day. The issue is that we have some colorblind employees and deviating from the default blue theme causes them functional issues. I wonder if there is a place I can deny the register users' rights to this ability? Any thoughts on the
