Changing the from email address on purchase orders

By default netsuite only allows you to send email forms from the return address email or user email. We have the default return email set to contact@domain.com but what we want to set it to is vendors@domain.com.

What we want is estimates to send from the users email, purchase orders to send from vendors@domain.com and sales orders to send from noreply@domain.com

Is their anyway to set this in netsuite?
