Download All Attachments and Files on a Case

Hi,

I am hoping to create a sublist or list or saved search (any will do) that allows me to see ALL message attachments and regular case files on an entire Support Case in a single place.  The Files subtab only has the latter and the Message -> Attachment tabs only have the former.  Have I missed some obvious functionality to achieve this singular file listing?

I am also hoping to create a download link which triggers a script to create a zip file containing all of the aforementioned attachments/files and send it to the user.  Has anyone ever attempted this before?
