Calling invoicecustomers.nl programatically

We have a customer who keeps forgetting to go to Transactions > Customers > Invoice Billable Customers.  They want us to create a process that runs nightly and do the exact same thing as standard functionality; however, they also want to keep the cost down .  Anyone know a way to call invoicecustomers.nl nightly and essentially run the native netsuite code?  Otherwise we will need to rewrite all that same logic.
