Customer Center - Sales Order Form
Is it possible to make the Items sub-list on the Customer Center (external) Sales Order form be view-only for existing sales orders? Users will need to be able to add items for a new sales order, so this would just be for existing orders. I'd like the rest of the form to be editable (main tab, payment method, etc.)
I contacted NS Support and they said that option was not available, and counter to the security model. I also looked at workflow and it didn't seem possible using that, either. Would the only way be to build custom build a new sales order page?
