Multi Location Inventory
Hi,
I am looking for some comments and/or advice anyone has of using the MLI feature on NetSuite.
We activated this MLI feature and all our stock suddenly went missing. So we tried to distribute the stock to a location - which worked a bit ( we could see it now but not allocate to orders) - until we noticed that all previously allocated stock had disappeared. We could no longer allocate any current stock to any orders nor fulfill orders.
We panicked a bit and contacted customer support whom advised us to delete the distribution record. We did this and now all our on hand quantities are sitting at ZERO. We cant unchecked the feature through setup as it states we have distributed stock and so wont do it.
