oauth 2.0 integration redirect uri

I am building an integration, and the 3rd party vendor api requires that i provide a static redirect uri to redirect all authentication requests to. as every account I install the bundle in will have a different set of urls, this is slightly problematic. has anyone encountered this issue before , and do you have any suggested solutions, besides setting up my own server or using a suitelet available without login?
