Missing Imported Data

I'm using the RP login today, and already noticed that some of our imported data is missing. For instance, last Friday I imported sales quotas for each of our sales reps, but in the release preview only some of those are populated. Some reps have them, some don't. Do I need to be concerned about this or will this resolve itself? I have to wonder what other imported data would be missing?
