Eclipse 2–factor authentication

I am no longer able to update files in our sandbox using the Eclipse IDE.
My login fails and when i click Cancel. I am informed it has failed because of 2-FA.
I cannot find anywhere within my version of eclipse to enable two factor authentication.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I entered a case with NetSuite but they closed the case due to inactivity. I responded to their questions , I never received a response the inactivity was on their end. I have re-opened the case and I am waiting for a response.
Even if the response is "yep, that doesn't work anymore"
