2007 upgrade support
At Jim's request, I am starting a new thread just for this issue. I have posted case #'s and relevant info in Ray's thread (major issues with upgrade), and must admit, I am not altogether happy with the response. While I did get an almost immediate call from someone in TOronto, they were working from home, and unable to webex into my system. I will need to call in early Monday Morning, to rattle someones cage in support. (someone might want to tell them to prepare themselves, because I will expect to be escalated IMMEDIATELY)
Here is my primary issue.
