Submitting a support case logs me out of netsuite

Submitted a online case to support
Netsuite logged me out.
Loggen in and  Submitted another case to report above problem.
Kicked out again.

Please do not upgrade me tonight to 2007 if submitting a case will kick me out every time.  This will make for a very long morning tomorrow reporting 2007 problems.
