Shipping estimator broke with v2008.1
The shipping estimator in the shopping cart is also broken with v2008.1. It simply wouldn't show up this morning and now it shows up, but only the "motor freight" is available online.
I called NS "web store support", and they insisted on a WebEx even though they only wanted to see what I had already reported to them verbally. "Web store support" then insisted that the problem should be handled by "accounting support" as "shipping items" are part of accounting. Accounting also insisted on a WebEx just to see what I had already reported to them verbally. They got their WebEx and then sent me back to "web store" as they felt that the problem was better handled by "web store support". Believe it or not, the 2nd person at "web store"
