Just got upgraded to 2008.1, Can't reprint Commercial Invoices.

In version 2007.11 we have always had to click the "Allow Reprinting" when printing commercial invoices.

Now since our upgrade to 2008.1 we no longer have the Allow Reprinting checkbox and we can't print commercial invoices for customs.

99% of our shipments are international, we need this addressed ASAP.
