Duplicate Serial Numbers

Before I post a case #, I am wondering if anyone else has come across this.

We noticed yesterday, as we just went live on the weekend with the new upgrade, that ALL of our serial numbers have been duplicated and in some cases, more than that. 

I am not sure right now of any other issues, but this is a major one. 

I want to know if Netsuite is aware of this issue already.
