How Do I use Price Lists????

OK, maybe I'm just slow on the uptake. But I'm having a very hard time understanding how to use Price Lists.

First of all, a big thank you to NetSuite for finally providing us with this basic, long-need capability.

I have read the online help.
I have read the Release notes.
I have viewed the online videos (next to useless for Pricing Searches)
I have experimented with generating a price list, and with Pricing Search.

It is just not very intuitive to me. Maybe it's just me, but I don't get it.

Here are some very basic questions:
